Refund policy
All sales are final. Items can not be refunded, returned or exchanged once the order has been shipped. Once your order has been confirmed, it can not be altered. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct prior to making payment.
Due to the nature of our small business, return policy is firm. However, exceptions will be made if incorrect or defective items were received upon arrival. Please contact us via the contact form or email info@silkandjadecollection.com with your order # and photo of the issue and we'll try to make it right.
Silk & Jade Collection are not held liable for any orders received damaged via shipping. This must be handled with the shipping carrier.
